2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: To secure a booking, all guests are required to complete the booking process through our website or by contacting us directly. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Payment Terms: We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tour or service.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour time are non-refundable. In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen events that result in tour cancellation by Eco Kauai, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

3. Health, Safety, and Requirements

Fitness and Health Requirements: Many of our tours involve physical activity and may require a certain level of fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically able to participate. Please consult with us before booking if you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to join our activities.
Safety Guidelines: Your safety is our priority. Eco Kauai provides trained guides and follows safety protocols, but you must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved, especially with outdoor activities. You assume full responsibility for any personal injuries or damages that may occur during the course of the tour.

4. Liability and Limitation

Eco Kauai’s Responsibility: We strive to deliver exceptional experiences and prioritize safety, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or wildlife encounters.
Personal Belongings: Eco Kauai is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your tour. We recommend safeguarding valuables or leaving unnecessary items behind.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all guests, Eco Kauai expects participants to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect for nature, fellow participants, and local communities.

Respect for Nature: We follow eco-friendly practices and encourage our guests to do the same. Please refrain from littering, damaging plants, or disturbing wildlife during the tour.
Respect for Others: Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or disrespect towards other guests or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Compliance with Local Regulations: Our tours may take place in areas with specific local or federal regulations. Guests are expected to follow all applicable rules and respect restricted areas and cultural landmarks.
