We are in the property management business on the north shore of Kauai. One of our biggest challenges is finding competent qualified service people to handle the many issues that pop up from time to time. In closing both Brian and Justin were very professional with their demeanor and concerns for the tenants and owner. We had a deadline to finish the job in order to get the tenants back into the property for their daughters high school graduation which was to be attended by many traveling relatives. Eco Kauai came through in a big way and hit our deadline on the day. Under the circumstances they performed admirably and turned a bad situation completely around and did excellent work.
